Why haven't I gotten an email order confirmation?
Please use the contact form to get in touch with us if you have ordered something from Myposterroom but have not yet gotten an email confirming your order. We will update your order details so you may get your order confirmation as soon as possible.
How can I know whether my order was successful?
The email address provided when placing the transaction will get an email with a confirmation of the order. Check your spam folder if you haven't received your order confirmation. Please be aware that the order confirmation may not arrive for up to 24 hours.
We advise contacting us using our contact form if you checked your spam folder, waited 24 hours, and still haven't received the confirmation email. We'll look into this for you.
What occurs if I type the incorrect address?
If the delivery address, email address, phone number, etc. that you gave is inaccurate. To amend your information before sending your purchase, please get in touch with our customer care as soon as you can. Unfortunately, you as the customer are liable for any additional charges that may arise if the inaccurate information has an impact on the delivery of your shipment and your purchase has already been shipped before you notify our Customer Service.
Can I modify my order after it has been placed?
We are aware that you require your items immediately. We start working as soon as you make the purchase! Sadly, this means that because it is already being processed at the warehouse, we will be unable to make any adjustments (usually within seconds).

I need to cancel my order, but I don't know how to do it
Please use our contact form to get in touch with us as soon as possible. Our packing/shipping staff takes great satisfaction in getting things on their way to consumers as promptly as possible, therefore we can't promise that we'll have time to cancel your purchase.

Is there anything I can do if I receive a damaged package?
Please get in touch with us as soon as possible if your shipment arrived damaged, and include photos of the damage to the packaging as well as the damaged contents. Using the online form is the best way to accomplish this. We will process your request as soon as we get photos of the damaged shipment and goods. Avoid returning the broken items to us on your own time.
What do I do now that I have the incorrect items?
First, please verify your order confirmation to make sure you received everything you requested. We ask that you get in touch with us if the thing you bought does not arrive.
Inaccuracies in the acrylic glass. Just how is it even possible?
Remember to peel off the plastic film that covers both sides of the acrylic glass (plexi glass) in our frames before installing it. This foil will serve to shield the acrylic glass while it is being transported or stored.

When can we expect delivery?
Our standard shipping time to the EU is 3 business days from the day after your order is placed.
What kind of shipping do you have available?
Depending on the weight and dimensions of your package, we may use a different delivery provider. After putting items in your shopping basket and moving on to the checkout page, you will see the shipping method your order will use.

Where do I find the information to follow the progress of my shipment?
Prompt attention is being paid to packing and shipping your product. You will receive an additional email with a tracking link after the package has been picked up by the shipping provider. Activation of the tracking connection may take up to 48 hours. To get in touch with us if you don't get a tracking link, just fill out our contact form.
Is there a customs or duty fee I need to pay?
Import fees and taxes may be charged on international shipments bound for the United States. Myposterroom is not responsible for any such costs that may arise.
Despite repeatedly checking the tracking URL, I continue to receive no new information.
Once your order has left our facility, you will get a shipment confirmation email with a link to follow its progress. It might take up to 48 hours from the time you got the shipment confirmation email for the tracking link to become live.
When will I be charged for not picking up my package?
A $35 fee is assessed when items are returned to us because clients did not pick up their package. All product handling and shipping costs, both to and from you, are included in this price.

Can I return my order?
No, you cannot return the item as it is specially made for you with our print on demand service
If I don't pick up my package, what happens to it?
If a client fails to pick up their order, the box will be returned to us and we will charge them $35. Everything from sending and receiving packages to replenishing shelves is included in this price.

Do you accept PayPal as a method of payment?

We are not currently accepting business-to-business (B2B) orders, but we plan to in the near future.

Definitions and Guidelines
The frames may be opened in the rear for convenient cleaning, and they come with metal wall mounts for simple horizontal or vertical display. The hardwood frames look and feel quite authentic. Our frames' crystal-clear acrylic glass makes them lighter and safer in the event of a drop to the floor. The acrylic glass has a beautiful surface thanks to the plastic film protecting it on both sides; it feels the same as if you had taken the plastic cover off a brand new phone. Similar to glass, acrylic glass may be used as a reflector.
Could you tell me about the quality of the paper you use?
The posters are produced all around the world nearest you. For years, we looked for the greatest paper until we found our museum-quality Epson matte paper, a high-end design paper that met all of our requirements. It has a total weight of 189g/m2, is uncoated matte paper without reflection, and exudes exclusivity because of these qualities. And it reproduces colors and images well. Our posters' wood is certified to have come from sustainably managed forests that adhere to strict ecological and social criteria.
Do you have to buy a frame separately or is it included in the poster's price?
Posters are framed with the purchase and is included in the price.
